Governance and Administration
The University of Rheinsberg operates under the authority of the University Act and is governed by a Board of Trustees and a Senate.
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the management, administration and control of the property, revenue, business and affairs of the university.
Our Board of Trustees and Senior Leadership Team are intellectual, creative individuals who work together to ensure we are developing well-rounded, responsible global citizens.
The Senate is responsible for the academic governance of the university. This includes matters related to libraries, faculties, departments, courses of instruction, awards, exhibitions, admissions, student appeals, and the granting of degrees including honorary degrees, diplomas and certificates.
The role of the administration, headed by the President is to lead and manage the affairs of the university in accordance with the University Act and the policies established by the university.
